Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and guided by knowledgeable instructors, our gymnasium offers a dynamic space for students to prioritize their health and fitness goals. 

In the fitness center, students have access to a variety of equipment tailored to suit their individual needs and preferences. From cardio machines like treadmills and stationary bikes to strength training equipment such as free weights and resistance bands, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and challenge themselves with. 

But beyond the equipment, our fitness center is a hub of activity and energy, where students come together to support and motivate each other on their fitness journeys. Whether it’s through group fitness classes, personal training sessions, or simply working out side by side, students forge bonds of camaraderie and encouragement that extend beyond the gym walls. 

Moreover, the fitness center serves as a platform for promoting overall wellness and healthy lifestyle habits. In addition to physical exercise, students have access to resources and guidance on nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness, empowering them to make informed choices that support their well-being both inside and outside the gym. 

At our school, we believe that physical fitness is not just about building strength and endurance; it’s about cultivating resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset. Through regular exercise and a supportive community, students develop the tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally.

Yoga

At our school, we believe that development is important not only in intellectual learning but also in the  well-being of our students. That’s why we offer yoga classes as part of our curriculum, providing students with a space where they can develop mindfulness, physical strength and inner peace. Our yoga classes are taught by experienced instructors and offer  gentle stretching, breathing  and relaxation techniques. Through the practice of yoga, students learn to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and find balance between the demands of school and life. Yoga is more than just  physical exercise; It is a practice that supports mental health, courage and spiritual development. As students practice each movement, they develop strength, flexibility and body awareness, while also learning to listen to themselves and meet their own needs.  In addition to its physical benefits, yoga also encourages students to develop qualities such as patience, tolerance and compassion. With constant practice, they learn how to deal with problems gracefully and live life with a positive and kind attitude. Our yoga classes are inclusive and suitable for students of all abilities and backgrounds. Whether an experienced practitioner or a beginner, anyone can participate and discover the transformative power of yoga. When students leave the yoga mat and return to their daily lives, they take with them what they learned on the yoga mat – mindfulness, self-awareness, and connected communication with themselves and others. Yoga is not just a class; It is a journey of self-discovery and self-compassion that inspires students to succeed in and beyond the classroom.

The School Dedicated to the nation by Smt. Jaymanti Devi, in the pious memory of her husband Late Shri Raghunandan Prasad, this school came into being in July 2002.
